Gregg K. Atlas, DPM, CWS, DABPS
Gregg K. Atlas, DPM, CWS, DABPS, is a podiatrist who specializes in surgery and wound treatment of the foot and ankle, including care for patients with diabetes. In addition to his work at Hudson Valley Ambulatory Surgery, Dr. Atlas is on staff at Orange Regional Medical Center, Bon Secours Hospital in Port Jervis, New York, and Catskill Regional Hospital in Harris, New York, where he is chief of the podiatric division of its Wound Care team. He is also Co-director of The Wound Healing Center associated with Orange Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Atlas received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated with honors. He was chief resident in the Podiatry Hospital of Pittsburgh Surgical and Medical Residency Program and spent a portion of his residency training in Italy with emphasis on trauma reconstruction and limb salvage.
Dr. Atlas is Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery in foot surgery and is a Board certified wound specialist. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Wound Management and the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Atlas is licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania. A resident of Sullivan County, New York, Dr. Atlas serves on the board of the American Red Cross in Sullivan County.
