From the Northwest (Monticello area)
Take NY 17 East past I-84 exit to Crystal Run Road exit, #122. Make a right onto Crystal Run Road. We are located approximately 1/2 mile down the road on the left side. Make a left into the parking lot and drive to the back of the building. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Location is at the end of the hallway, Suite #225.

From the Northeast (Newburgh area)
Take I-84 West to exit 4E (NY 17 East). Travel east on NY 17 to exit #122, Crystal Run Road. Make a right onto Crystal Run Road. We are located approximately 1/2 mile down the road on the left side. Make a left into the parking lot and drive to the back of the building. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Location is at the end of the hallway, Suite #225.

From the Southwest (Port Jervis/PA Area)
Take 1-84 East to exit 4E (NY 17 East). Travel East on NY 17 to exit #122, Crystal Run Road. Make a right onto Crystal Run Road. We are located approximately 1/2 mile down the road on the left side. From the Southeast (Harriman/Monroe Area)
Take NY 17 West to Crystal Run Road exit, #122. Make a right at the first light and aleft at the second light onto Crystal Run Road. We are located approximately 1/4 mile down the road on the left side. Make a left into the parking lot and drive to the back of the building. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Location is at the end of the hallway, Suite #225.
